Roles & Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily salon operations
• Put on the payroll and train beauticians, as needed
• Put in order to employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations

Requirements and skills

• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle clients’ requests and complaints with grace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000 per month
