Job Summary:  We need experienced accounts receivable analyst to join our team as a Chargeback Analyst. Responsibilities include reviewing payments received to determine reason for any short payments received. Proficiency with English language both written and verbal. Prior work experience in BPO background servicing large client/customer base.

Primary Duties:

• Generate and reconcile customer invoices and statements accurately.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records in the accounting system.
• Prepare aging reports and analyze payment trends to support cash flow
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Ideal  Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of RCM processes, especially denial resolution and AR recovery.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work night shift to support US clients.
