We are hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and assist the branch manager in achieving organizational goals. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating between departments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth workflow across the office. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining reports, monitoring performance, and implementing company policies effectively.
This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, support team development, and maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide team members to achieve targets
Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
Prepare reports on sales, performance, and office activities
Handle customer complaints and queries professionally
Implement company policies and procedures
Support the branch manager in planning and execution of strategies
Skills & Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Prior experience in office management or supervisory roles preferred
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant management degree is a plus
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
