Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting products/services, and generating leads to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products or services.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Generate leads and maintain a database of customer contacts.

• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the sales team for converting leads into sales.

• Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle objections and work towards targets.

• Pleasant phone etiquette and professional demeanor.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
