Job Title: Customer service representative and telecaller

Description of the Job:

We are looking for a confident and active Telecaller to handle outbound and incoming calls. Speaking with clients, describing goods or services, following up on leads, and upholding positive client relationships are all part of the job description. The applicant should feel at ease speaking on the phone and fulfilling daily call goals. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential prospects Answer and manage incoming calls from customers Explain items, services, or offerings clearly Follow up on leads and close transactions when possible Keep track of call logs and client information Handle client queries gently and properly Requirements: Strong communication abilities in both Tamil and English Basic computing knowledge Capacity to deal with rejection and collaborate with goals Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
