Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow at the workplace. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining discipline, and making sure work is completed on time and as per standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day staff activities

Assign duties and monitor employee performance

Ensure work is completed on schedule

Maintain workplace discipline and coordination

Handle basic reporting and updates to management

Resolve minor staff or operational issues

Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Supervisor or similar role preferred

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage staff and handle responsibilities

Basic record-keeping and reporting knowledge

Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
