We are looking for a detail-oriented Bidding Coordinator to support our business development team in preparing and submitting tenders and bids. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating documents, timelines, and communication related to bidding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit bids, tenders, and proposals on time
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents
Maintain bid records and submission status
Review tender documents and ensure compliance with requirements
Track bid deadlines and follow up with concerned departments
Assist in pricing and proposal formatting
Communicate with clients or authorities regarding bid clarifications
Requirements:
Experience in tendering or bidding coordination preferred
Good knowledge of documentation and proposal preparation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication and coordination skills
