Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production flow. The role involves managing workers on the shop floor, monitoring production targets, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with maintenance and management teams. The candidate should be hands-on, responsible, and capable of handling production challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production activities and workforce
• Ensure production targets are met on time
• Allocate work to operators and monitor performance
• Maintain quality standards and reduce rework
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine issues
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage
• Maintain production records and shift reports
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed
• Train new workers and guide existing staff
• Support continuous improvement in production processes
