Job Title: Student Counsellor

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Student Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their needs, and providing proper guidance and support throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students about courses, career options, and institutions

Handle student and parent inquiries in person and over phone

Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly

Follow up with interested students and maintain records

Support students during admission and enrollment

Coordinate with academic and admin teams

Build positive relationships with students and parents

Skills Required:

Good communication and listening skills

Ability to explain information clearly and patiently

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)

Strong interpersonal and counseling skills

Problem-solving and student-focused approach

Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in education counseling or related field preferred

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
