Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Faculty to train students and professionals in software programming and development. The role involves delivering practical sessions, explaining concepts in an easy way, and helping learners gain real-time project knowledge. The ideal candidate should enjoy teaching, mentoring, and staying updated with current technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and lab sessions for software courses.

Explain programming concepts clearly with real-time examples.

Guide students in hands-on practice and mini projects.

Prepare course materials, notes, and assignments.

Assess student performance through tests and practical evaluations.

Support students with doubt-clearing sessions.

Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies.

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge in programming languages (Python / Java / C / C++ / JavaScript).

Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, basics of React or Angular).

Knowledge of databases (MySQL / SQL Server).

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to teach both beginners and advanced learners.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Patience and mentoring ability.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in teaching or software development preferred.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and teaching interest can also apply.

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / M.Sc (Computer Science) or related qualification.
