We are looking for a Hardware & Software Support Executive to handle day-to-day technical issues related to computers, laptops, and mobile devices. The role involves diagnosing problems, performing repairs, installing software, and providing support to customers or internal staff. The candidate should be patient, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling both hardware and basic software troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Install, update, and configure operating systems and required software
Identify and fix common software errors and system issues
Handle basic networking tasks such as Wi-Fi setup and printer configuration
Maintain service records and job reports
Provide clear explanations and guidance to customers
Ensure timely service and quality support
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of computer hardware components
Basic understanding of Windows OS and common software applications
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software (preferred)
Basic networking knowledge
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Time management and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / Any technical certification
