Location: NSN Palayam
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate service appointments for clients.
Act as a liaison between clients, technicians, and management.
Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion.
Handle escalations and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
Assist in process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
Skills Required:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Ability to handle customer issues diplomatically.
