Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our company’s online presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends, audience behaviour, and digital marketing strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to analyse campaign performance to improve results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Plan and schedule regular posts, campaigns, and promotional content.

Create engaging captions, graphics coordination, and content ideas to attract target audiences.

Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and respond in a professional manner.

Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare simple reports.

Work with the design and marketing team to develop creative promotional campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and digital marketing strategies.

Support lead generation and brand promotion activities through social media channels.

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of social media platforms and their features.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and online branding.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity in content ideas, captions, and campaigns.

Ability to analyse engagement metrics and improve performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers with good knowledge of social media can apply.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing will have an added advantage.
