Description of the Job:

We are looking to add a creative and enthusiastic telecaller to our team. The candidate will be in charge of contacting both current and prospective clients, advertising our goods and services, and guaranteeing top-notch client interaction. Good communication abilities, an optimistic outlook, and the capacity to meet goals are necessary for this position.

Principal Duties:

Make outgoing calls to prospective and current clients in order to advertise goods and services.

Answer incoming consumer questions by phone and email.

Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

Make appointments and follow-ups for the sales staff.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to meet sales objectives.

Key Skills Required:
