Title of Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Coimbatore’s Uppilipalayam

Job Description: We are seeking an aggressive, meticulous HR recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing qualified candidates, and supporting the HR team in talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.

Principal Duties:

Find, evaluate, and shortlist applicants for a range of roles.

Interview candidates and work with department managers to make recruiting decisions.

Post job openings via social media, job portals, and other websites.

Keep the candidate database up to date.

Help with new hires’ orientation and onboarding procedures.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment agencies.

Support HR in employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
