Job Description (JD):
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Branch Manager to oversee all operations of our branch in Ganapathy. The ideal candidate will manage staff, drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Develop and implement business strategies to increase branch profitability.

Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers.

Prepare branch reports, including financial, operational, and performance metrics.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Oversee cash management, budgeting, and other financial operations as required.

Conduct training sessions and performance appraisals for staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in branch management or team leadership roles.
