To manage client calls and assist the sales team, we are seeking a proactive and self-assured telecaller. The applicant will speak with clients over the phone, offer details about goods and services, and help with lead generation. Patience, effective communication skills, and the capacity to engage with clients in a professional manner are all necessary for the position.

Principal Duties:

Make outgoing calls to clients and describe the company’s offerings.

Answer incoming calls and address consumer questions

Create and pursue possible leads

Keep call logs and update client information

Give precise details about goods and services

Assist the sales team in communicating with customers

Keep up positive connections with current clients

Requirements:

Strong Tamil and basic English communication abilities

Basic familiarity with computers

Capacity to conduct courteous customer engagements
