Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer Trainer who can handle training sessions for students and working professionals. The candidate should be capable of teaching both frontend and backend technologies with practical examples and real-time projects.

The trainer will be responsible for designing course materials, conducting classes, guiding learners through assignments, and helping them build strong development skills. The role also involves keeping track of trainee progress and providing individual support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and online training sessions on fullstack development
Teach frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks
Train students in backend development using suitable technologies
Guide learners in building real-time projects
Prepare training materials, notes, and assignments
Monitor student performance and provide feedback
Help students with interview preparation and coding practice
Support students in completing projects on time
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience in frontend frameworks like React or Angular
Good understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java)
Knowledge of databases like MySQL or MongoDB
Familiarity with Git and version control
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and clear manner
Good communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a trainer or faculty is an added advantage
