Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle daily financial activities. The candidate should be able to maintain proper records, manage accounts, and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

The role involves working closely with the management team, handling invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing reports. Candidates with good knowledge of accounting principles and practical experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
Manage bank transactions and reconciliation
Maintain purchase and sales records
Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports
Handle GST filing and basic tax-related work
Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
Assist in audits and financial reviews
Monitor expenses and control costs
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in Tally or other accounting software
Basic understanding of GST and taxation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good numerical and analytical skills
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com or related degree
1–3 years of experience in accounting
Experience in handling GST filing is an advantage
