Job Description:
A well-established real estate office in Sitra is looking for a sincere and organized Administration Assistant to manage office coordination and documentation work. The candidate will support the sales team by maintaining property records, handling client communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires a responsible person who can handle confidential documents, manage schedules, and interact politely with customers visiting the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain property files, agreements, and registration documents
Attend phone calls and greet walk-in clients
Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
Prepare reports, letters, and basic office correspondence
Coordinate between agents, clients, and management
Keep records updated and properly filed
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (Based on experience)
