Job Title: Assembler

Job Description (JD):
We are looking for a dedicated Assembler to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to technical drawings, instructions, and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components using hand tools and power tools

Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Report defects, damages, or shortages to the supervisor

Meet daily production targets and deadlines

Perform basic equipment maintenance when required

Required Skills:

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Ability to read and understand technical instructions/drawings

Basic knowledge of tools and machinery

Attention to detail and accuracy

Physical stamina to stand for long hours

Teamwork and communication skills

Time management and reliability

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th pass (depending on industry requirement)
