Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present company products/services to clients
Negotiate and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare reports on sales activities
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Sales and marketing knowledge
Ability to work independently and in a team
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Eligibility:
Any Degree / MBA (Preferred)
Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply
Prior sales experience is an advantage
