Role Purpose

The Business Development Executive – Field Sales is responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients through direct field visits, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring revenue growth through effective sales strategies and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

2. Client Acquisition & Sales Closure

Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.

3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Provide regular field reports and sales updates to management.

Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.

5. Target Achievement

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Plan daily routes and visits for maximum productivity.

Ensure timely follow-ups for conversions.

6. Branding & Promotion Activities

Participate in field marketing campaigns and events.

Promote products/services to increase brand awareness.

Distribute promotional materials during visits.

Skills Required
