About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain safety and quality standards. The candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, and management to execute civil works efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities

Monitor work quality and compliance with plans

Ensure adherence to safety regulations

Coordinate with contractors and vendors

Maintain daily progress reports and documentation

Resolve on-site issues and challenges

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of construction methods and materials

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Ability to read drawings and blueprints

Basic computer skills for reporting

Eligibility:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 1–3 years of on-site civil supervision experience preferred
