• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain client records and update data as needed.
• Collaborate with other divisions to resolve complex client issues.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.
• Provide feedback on the productivity of the client benefit process.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a client benefit role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client benefit software.
• Ability to handle stressful circumstances calmly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
