Customer Relation Executive — Store
Location: B.R. Puram
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the store.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist in promotional campaigns and upselling initiatives.
