Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).

Update product descriptions, images, and prices regularly.

Monitor sales trends and prepare reports.

Ensure timely order processing and customer support follow-up.

Track and analyze competitors’ online presence.

Handle inventory updates and stock management for online platforms.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).

Basic digital marketing understanding (SEO, social media promotions).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
