Job Description: Guest Relation Executive for Hotel

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome Guests: Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Information Provider: Offer detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
  • Reservations: Handle reservations and cancellations, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.
  • Activity Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating guest activities and special events.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and respond to guest feedback to improve service quality.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Knowledge Upkeep: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, services, and promotions.Degree: Any degreeExperience: Minimum 1 year
