Job role/Description
Identify the system and monitor the performance of computer system and network Provide first-level technical support to end-users. Ensure data backups and recovery operations should handle input and output operations, including batch processing.
Skills – Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
Must know in database management and data recovery processes
Qualification – Any Degree
Communication skills – Should good in explaining technical concepts to end-users and effective communication with technical and non-technical staff
Experience – Should experienced
Shift timing – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
