Job Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of LAP, Business Loans, and Personal Loans. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for LAP, Business Loans, and Personal Loans.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their financial needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide clients with detailed information about loan products, including interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, assisting with documentation and addressing any queries.
• Sales Targets:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline and conversion rates.
