This role involves both outbound and inbound calling, follow-ups, and maintaining proper records of customer interactions. As a Telecaller, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, so maintaining professionalism and clarity in communication is very important. You should be able to explain services clearly, understand customer requirements, and guide them accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries politely
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
Explain product or service details in a clear and convincing manner
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Update data in CRM or internal systems regularly
Ensure all communication follows company guidelines and standards
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone
Basic computer knowledge
Strong listening skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Time management and multitasking ability
Qualifications:
Any degree or diploma
