- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of office facilities.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
