Nursing agency looking for an HR Recruiter to handle hiring of nurses, caregivers, and healthcare staff for placements. The candidate will manage recruitment activities from sourcing candidates to final placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals and references

• Screen resumes and conduct interviews

• Coordinate with hospitals and clients

• Maintain employee records and documents

• Handle joining formalities

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
