Job Description (JD):

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire the best talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions

Post job openings on portals and social media

Source candidates through databases, references, and job portals

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports

Follow up with selected candidates for joining

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment process

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Computer skills (MS Office, Email, Job Portals)

Organizational and time-management skills

Eligibility:

Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
