We are looking for an AR Caller to handle medical billing follow-ups and ensure timely payment from insurance companies. The role involves reviewing patient accounts, checking claim status, and communicating with insurance providers to resolve pending payments. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies

Check claim status and update records

Resolve denied or rejected claims

Work on accounts receivable and reduce aging

Maintain accurate documentation of calls and updates
