Job Description (JD)

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain company services and offers clearly

Handle customer questions and objections

Follow up on leads and maintain call records

Generate appointments or sales through calls

Update daily call reports

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Tamil and/or English

Confident and polite speaking ability

Basic mobile/phone handling skills

Ability to convince and handle rejections

Self-discipline to work from home

Qualifications

Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Degree
