Job description

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating Project plans, including defining Project scope, objectives and deliverables for Product Development initiatives
• Collaborate with the Project team to develop Project schedules, timelines and resource allocation.
• Support the Project team in coordinating Project activities, tracking tasks and monitoring Project progress.
• Assist in maintaining effective communication among cross functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers and stakeholders
• Helps organise and document project meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes and action items
• Support the flow of information and updates between project team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Assist in maintaining Project documentation, including Project plans, requirements, documents, user stories and technical specifications.
• Help ensure that project documentation is organised, up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.
• Support the project team in tracking and documenting changes to Project scope and requirements.
• Assist in tracking Project progress against established timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to Project Schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information, Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management, Principles and Methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Eg – Scrum.
• Excellent, organizational and time management skills.
