Job Description:
We are hiring AR Callers to join our team in the healthcare revenue cycle process. The role involves handling outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to follow up on pending claims and ensure timely payments.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to understand billing processes. You will be responsible for resolving claim issues, updating payment status, and maintaining accurate records.
This position is suitable for candidates looking to build a career in medical billing and the US healthcare process. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status
Follow up on denied or pending claims
Analyze and resolve billing issues
Update claim information in the system
Ensure timely payment of outstanding claims
Maintain accurate records of calls and actions taken
Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Understand and follow US healthcare guidelines and processes
Requirements / Qualifications:
Any degree (preferred)
Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of medical billing (added advantage)
Willingness to work in night shift
Basic computer knowledge
Strong listening and analytical skills
