Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers on the production floor, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth workflow.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in planning, monitoring, and improving production processes. You should be able to handle manpower, maintain discipline, and ensure that safety and quality guidelines are followed at all times.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in factory or manufacturing environments and are capable of handling team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor

Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance

Ensure production targets are met on time

Maintain quality standards and reduce defects

Monitor machine operations and report issues

Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage

Follow and enforce safety procedures

Maintain production reports and records

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams

Train and guide workers for better performance

Handle shift operations and workforce management

Requirements / Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / Any degree (Mechanical or related field preferred)

Experience in production or manufacturing environment

Basic knowledge of machines and production processes

Good leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle workers and manage shifts

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Basic computer knowledge
