RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer inbound international calls in a professional way
• Talk to inbound prospects and convert them into customers
• Qualify business leads via outbound calls
• Develop good relationship with clients
• Write proposals in a professional way
• Agree with and meet company sales goals
• Must be fluent in English, Malayalam , Hindi

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent spoken English
• Experience in call centers / telemarketing / business development is an advantage
• Excellent listening skills and ability to understand
