Prospect New Customers: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows or events.
Manage Existing Accounts: Maintain relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, offering new products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to resolve issues and grow sales within established accounts.
Conduct Sales Presentations: Present products or services to potential clients through in-person meetings, video calls, phone calls, or product demonstrations.
Negotiate and Close Sales: Lead negotiations with customers, addressing objections and guiding them through the buying process. Secure commitments and close sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
