As a Floor Supervisor, you will act as a link between management and employees, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and company standards are followed. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure.
This position is suitable for candidates who have experience in supervising teams in industries like manufacturing, retail, warehouse, or service sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily floor operations and staff activities
Assign tasks and ensure work is completed on time

Handle staff issues and provide immediate solutions
Ensure safety and company policies are followed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
