We are looking for an experienced FMCG Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth functioning, and drive sales performance. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and staff activities

Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets

Maintain stock levels and coordinate inventory control

Ensure proper display and merchandising of products

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Supervise billing, cash handling, and store reporting

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and discipline

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams
