We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical tasks. The candidate will help ensure the smooth running of the office by handling routine office duties, coordinating with staff, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Maintain files, records, and office documents
Assist in data entry and updating databases
Manage office supplies and place orders when required
Support scheduling of meetings and appointments
Prepare basic reports, letters, and documents
Assist other departments with administrative needs
Handle courier dispatch and incoming mail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Basic typing and data entry skills
Professional attitude and teamwork
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th/12th pass or any diploma/degree
Prior office or administrative experience is an advantage
Freshers with basic computer knowledge can also apply
