🧸 Job Description (JD)

We are seeking a passionate and caring Preschool (Pre-Primary) Teacher to nurture young learners and create a joyful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.

Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

Teach all pre-primary subjects through play-based learning.

Assess and monitor children’s progress and development.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding child growth.

Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of students at all times.

Organize storytelling, rhymes, games, and creative activities.

Participate in staff meetings and training programs.

👶 Child Care & Centre Responsibilities

Supervise children’s daily routines (meals, rest, activities).

Maintain attendance and student records.

Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety standards.

Handle emergency situations and first aid readiness.

🎓 Qualification

ECCE / NTT Certification or Any Bachelor’s Degree

💼 Experience

Freshers or Minimum 1+ year as Preschool Teacher

🎯 Age Requirement

21 – 40 years
