Role Summary
The Process Executive – Non Voice is responsible for handling back-office operations such as data processing, documentation, and transaction management. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks while ensuring high service quality and adherence to company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data processing, data entry, and transaction execution
Extract, review, and validate information from multiple sources
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity at all times
Maintain compliance with data security, regulatory, and company policies
Handle customer queries and requests through non-voice channels (email, chat, tickets, or tools)
Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets
Identify and report discrepancies or process gaps
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet business objectives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
0–3 years of experience in non-voice / back-office operations (BPO)
Freshers with good typing and communication skills may be considered
