Job Description (JD)

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance activities within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks while driving continuous improvement across processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to specifications and drawings

Handle supplier quality, including audits and incoming quality control (IQC)

Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement CAPA

Manage quality documentation such as inspection reports and NCRs

Oversee PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and other quality processes

Mentor and guide QA engineers, technicians, and inspectors

Coordinate with production, design, and supply chain teams to improve quality performance

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of quality tools: MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, 7QC Tools, SPC, FMEA

Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving techniques

Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings

Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EMS, OHSAS

Leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment
