Job Title: Quality Controller
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Coimbatore

Role Purpose
The role focuses on inspection, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement to maintain high-quality output and minimize defects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Inspection & Testing

Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.

Conduct tests to ensure products meet specifications.

Approve or reject materials/products based on quality standards.

2. Process Monitoring

Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain quality control checkpoints across operations.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain inspection reports and quality records.

Prepare daily/weekly quality reports for management.

Ensure proper documentation of non-conformance issues.

4. Compliance & Standards

Support internal and external quality audits.

Promote safety and quality awareness on the shop floor.

5. Continuous Improvement

Analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities.

Work with production teams to reduce defects and rework.

Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Engineering or relevant field

Experience in Quality Control preferred
