Job Description (JD):

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls

Manage appointments and meeting room bookings

Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier

Maintain visitor records and front office registers

Provide basic information to clients and guide them appropriately

Support administrative tasks as required

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
