Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new customers through calls, visits, or referrals
Explain products and services clearly to customers
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Follow up on enquiries and close sales efficiently
Prepare basic sales reports and customer records
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
